The Powered Asset Gateway is one tracker family that covers the three ways fleets run powered assets. For equipment, it wires into 9–60V DC power and keeps reporting on a long-lasting backup battery when power drops. For trailers, a purpose-built configuration installs plug-and-play on the ABS line and tracks precisely even where coverage is thin. For yellow iron, the rugged AG53 configuration adds CANbus diagnostics and utilization data in an IP69K enclosure built for off-highway conditions. Vidmatics scopes the right configuration for each asset class, installs fleet-wide in the yard, and confirms every unit reports before handoff.
